Purpose of Job: |
To provide Implementation, post and
pre-sales Microsoft Dynamics NAV
support to e-know.net’s existing and
prospective customer base. |
e-know.net Limited is a
eight-year-old Application Services
Provider (ASP) specialising in the
delivery of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. We
host and manage applications on behalf
of our customers. This may include
continuing utilisation of their existing
solutions and/or use of software
products from our own portfolio. A
successful applicant should have formal
Microsoft Dynamics NAV qualifications
and experience in implementing and
supporting Microsoft Dynamic NAV
installations.
Complete ASP based Business Solutions
are supplied to clients based on the
award winning Microsoft Dynamics NAV
enterprise software. At the core of the
Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution is a
world-class financial module and, as
such, all Microsoft Dynamics NAV
implementations require a high degree of
accountancy skills input in order to
ensure that the systems are set up to
deliver the best possible management and
financial analysis. You will be joining
a young and progressive Company, managed
by an enthusiastic young team.

Responsibilities:
The Microsoft Dynamics NAV Consultant
will have the following
responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for
supporting the existing MS Dynamics
NAV customer base.
- You will assist in the delivery
of Microsoft
Dynamics NAV consultancy (training
and post implementation support) to
existing e-know.net Microsoft
Dynamics NAV Business Solution
Clients.
- You will provide pre-sales
support to Business Solutions Sales
executives.
- You must be able to talk lucidly
and knowledgeably to Prospects and
Customer’s senior management.
- Whilst you will be expected to
be able to perform diligently and
successfully, you will also be given
independence, but enjoy full support
from the team. If you join us we
will expect you to get on with the
job.
Experience:
This role requires experience in
the following:
- Experience and training in an
external customer base support
environment
- Industry experience in Microsoft
Dynamics NAV
- Industry experience in project
implementations of business and
accounting systems is not essential
but advantageous.
- Industry experience in ASP
systems is not essential, but is
advantageous

Location:
- Must be located within a 40 mile
radius (re-location expenses will
not be paid), e.g. Shrewsbury,
Bridgnorth, Birmingham,
Wolverhampton, Dudley,
Kidderminster, Stoke-on-Trent,
Stafford.
Candidates must hold a full driving
license.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range – Scale 5 £23,000 -
£35,000 depending on experience &
suitability.
- Annual Bonus Scheme
- Contributory Pension Scheme
matched by Company to a maximum of
5% of base salary (subject to scheme
rules)
- 25 days annual holiday plus
statutory
